I have also didn't get any mail but the same is showing on my profile that you application form is accepted and check ur email so what I need to do now

if AIIMS site is showing that your basic registeration is complete proceed to the next step of registration . If you haven’t got an email it could be due to technical reasons. don’t miss out on important dates & complete your registration

Don't worry friend. You might not have received mail due to some unknown problems. But if the AIIMS site is showing that the registration is completed, it has been already.
