AIIMS MBBS entrance: do we need to affix the photo and sign the declaration of admit card in front of the invigilator?

Yes ... Absolutely.

You need to do the proceedings as instructed or there is high chances of your application to be declared invalid.

I have fist hand experience and from that experience I can let you know that you photo and documents required as to be affirmed.

If you think that is all ... It is not the end.

The dimensions of the photocopy and it size has to be precise as well to avoid any kind of trouble.

Dear Sir / Ma'm, there is no harm in taking the photo without affixing it and taking the admit card without signing the declaration and doing it in front of the invigilator. On the other hand to be on the safer side, do it in front of the invigilator as the chances for making mistakes get reduced as they will be able to guide you properly. Do make sure that you have your guardian's signature on the admit card in the mentioned place.
