With AIR 1500 and belonging to OBC, the chances are very high and most probably you are likely to get AIIMS Bhopal or Rishikesh as the last year cut off AIR 1516 and category rank OBC‐348, AIR 1664 and category rank OBC‐399 for the same colleges respectively.

The priority should be according to merit list 2019, facilities in colleges etc.Try to compare with previous year cut off on your own for better options/choice filling, then only take proper decision.

You percentile is really superb and your chances of getting AIIMS is very high, most probably you will get a seat in AIIMS. Now, it is tough for you to get AIIMS dehli with this marks and rank . So , I would suggest you to give priority according to your location. Almost every AIIMS has same level of education.
