You can easily get biochemistry in open counselling.

As I can see you have not got good rank. You have got only 7665 rank in AIIMS pg. So, it's impossible to get or think about any AIIMS with these marks. These are not enough to secure seat in any AIIMS college. These ranks are low to get seat there.
