The official cut off or final seat allotment list hasn't been released by MCC or NTA yet, for the year 2019. For 2018, the candidate getting the last seat of Muslim minority quota had a rank of 744560 and the college was Yenepoya Dental College, Yenepoya, for BDS. So, you can expect a similar rank cut off for 2019 as well. Hope this helped!
