NEET admit card

NEET UG scorecard

10th certificate and mark sheet

Class 12th certificate and mark sheet

ID proof ( Aadhaar /pan card /passport)

Eight passport size photograph

Provisional allotment letter

Caste certificate if mentioned

PWD certificate if mentioned
