The ability to love leads you to live life with hopes. Love fills a life with the zeal to live more just to experience the beautiful taste of love. Love is the beginning of a life and love is eternal. Life may come to an end, but love resides. Love spreads its wings and it has the power to melt the cruellest of the hearts. If you spread love, it expands more and more as it has no end.

Selfishness puts an end to hopes, and therefore the futility of a life. It has no future as it ends with negativity and therefore even if a person lives, selfishness makes his life meaningless. It becomes worse than death. It separates you from the goodness and you are cocooned to live an unflavoured life with the only partner called negativity. It will eat you from within and kill the taste of life.

Hence Love is expansion as it has the power to gift life, it is the basis of creation and expansion of our being; and selfishness is contraction as it sees no life, but only ends- end of happiness and the end of hopes thus making even a living life a terrible death.
