The Allahabad University, a central university established in 1887 is acknowledged as an "Institute of National Importance".

BSc in Biology is a 3 year, full time, UG course offered by the aforesaid university. A candidate needs to pass 10+2 with PCB from any state board to be eligible for this course.

A student need to pass the CUET examination for admission to this university. After passing the examination, he/she must also sit for the counselling round conducted by the authority of this university.
