no you can not get any fee reembuirsment or scholarship. it was clearly stated in the rules and regulations of the citeria of the reembuirsment that the student can not get the reembuirsement if the student parent is and government employee or if the student have any illigal case filed against the student.

as per the rank you will be getting the free seat but you have to pay the total fee to the college.
