Yes you can give the exam
The eligibility educational criteria for this exam
You have to passed your class 12 with pcb -physics,chem , biology/biotechnology and English
And you should score aggregate percentage
50% including the total of pcb subject of class 12
In neet now onwards there is no age limit but for giving exam your age should be minimum 17 years old if you are 17+ then no worry you are eligible for giving exam
And you can read the information bulletin given by nta in which they given you details about syllabus and eligible criteria more clear and how to fill application form and more about exam pattern

I will tell you that earlier 180 ques come but now 200 questions come ( addition of section b in every subject chem ,phy ,bio (zoology+ botany)

If you are going to appear for neet then start studying from now onwards as competition rising so higher
