HI,

Yes, even if you have taken an improvement exam from the National Institute of Open School (nios), you are eligible for the neet exam. This exam is given the same weight as CBSE or ICSE.

The neet eligibility criteria are 50% in pcm and english for UR candidates and 40% for OBC/SC/ST candidates. If you get this in your 12th grade, you are entitled to take the neet exam.

I gave 12th from state board and the I gave improvement from nios board so which board do I have to mention during registration NIOS or state board?
