No you are not eligible to give AP EAMCET after 10th you need to complete 10+2 level to give AP EAMCET. AP EAMCET is given to get admission for undergraduate programs in AP state colleges for getting admission in any undergraduate course you need to first complete your 10+2 level. You can give competitive exams like NTSE (National Talent Search Examination) or NSO  to get scholarship which will help in your further education.
