I have shown some salient features of both the colleges for comparison

KSIT Bangalore

Placements : The placements are good here in KSIT. Around 500 students, 250+ students got placed in different companies. Companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, etc. have taken campus placement. Even though they got placed in the company some of them have to wait for a year to get joined in that company.

Infrastructure : The infrastructure in of college is average. It has a very small campus. No WI-FI facility provided on the campus and sports are not encouraged too much. It has the worst canteen. But the labs and classrooms are big enough. Bus facility has been provided to students. Hostels are far away from the college. The students staying in the hostel have to travel like 16-20kms up and down.

Faculty : The faculty will treat you like a school student. Always gives homework, make students stand for not doing homework. Teaching quality is average when compared to other colleges. They will not complete the portions for exams. Students have to study themselves at last.

AMC 

Placements : Every student who attended the interviews got placed successfully in a company. The highest salary was about 1 crore per annum. The least was 2 lacs per annum. The students were offered the roles of computer programmers, graphic designers and stuff. Around, 

90% of the students got the internships. I don't know about the stipends. There's a placement cell in college, and they are very useful.

Infrastructure : college is spread over 52 acres of land beside Bannerghatta main road and is ranked 3 in best engineering college in Bangalore. It's a lush green campus and has a royal building. There's a cricket field right in front of the main block. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. You've all the facilities like labs and libraries, and it is NAAC and NBA accredited.

Faculty : The teachers are very helpful and are very experienced . They know how to make you understand the topics and support you in projects. They give you assignments and mini projects to make sure you have the practice of learning every time.

So I would like to prefer you for AMC and after this brief description you may have your own views now.

Both the colleges are private and under Visvesvaraya technological University and are good colleges. But the fees of AMC is lower than KSIT Bangalore also AMC has more facilities like WiFi, gym, cafeteria etc which is not there in KSIT Bangalore.
