Firstly speaking I would say that medical science is a really good course and your future is really bright. Speaking of your query both the colleges you have mentioned are really good and have established a reputation for themselves. They both consist of a good infrastructure,faculty and other facilities. So it is mainly on you which university you want to choose. In my opinion I would advise you to go through the external factors like fee structure, cost of living etc and then decide which university you want to choose.
