Hello Aspirant,

Every IIM give weightage to 10th, 12th and graduation marks in the aggregate score which is used to call students for interview round. It varies from college to college.

Among IIM ABC, IIM Bangalore prefers to call students with a lot of work experience or the one who have done extremely well in 10th and 12th like scoring above around 95% in both exams,  all other IIMs gives an average weightage to academic records.

If you consider Initial Shortlisting then IIM A gives only 10% weightage to class 10th result while IIM B and C gives 20%.

If you consider Final Selection then too IIM A gives the least weightage to class 10th which is just 4% while other two gives 6 to 10%.
