In short yes ,it is common rank for all its campus irrespective of location. As amrita university have different campuses but all are running under supervision of main campus therefore NIRF ranking is same for all campus.

Similarly you can see same case for VIT and BITS all its campus are ranked same as of main campus because all campus are treated as a single college only.
