Yes arihant publications for jee mains and advanced are more than sufficient but according to my observations if you do practice with jee advanced books for jee mains it will be more beneficial you will see that many questions of jee advance are now repeated as it is in jee mains so for maths do try for jee advanced if you have enough time for preparation.

One cannot tell which book is best its upto you if you find context of the book more better than other book then that book is good, if you don't find them good dont use it.
