As of now, there has not been any official announcement made regarding the same yet. It has been expected and discussed that 2-3 questions could be later declared as a bonus due to confusion in options.
One question regarding "Restriction Enzymes" is one question where bonus could be awarded. "The Plant Parts, which consists of two generations...." is another question allegedly again a bonus question, due to ambiguous options.
