I am sorry to say that for your rank it is practically not possible to secure admission at VIT.You will have to try for other alternative options available.If you have already written SRMJEE/JEE Mains/MET or such similar exam and if you have a good rank there, then you may apply through that.You may also try for various state admissions that is based on the 12th marks and percentage.
