There are a lot of courses relating to accounts and finance, but most of them are expensive. If you are willing to spend only 30,000 for the entire course, then the choices are limited to short term certification courses only say 3 months - 6months. The courses you can try out are;

•  Financial Modelling[ 3-6 month] 25,000-30,000
• International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) [3-6 months] 25,000-30,000
•  NCFM [2-4 months] 20,000- 60,000
•  Chartered Financial Planner (CFP) [ 1 year] 25,000-30,000
•  Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM) [3-6 months] 25,000- 35,000
