If you want to join the defence forces as medic then you may apply for MBBS, Bsc Nursing at Armed Forces Medical College, Pune. Candidates are selected on the basis of NEET Scores and then an internal exam with Interview followed by Medical checkup. 

After the course is over, you are required to serve the defence forces for a certain amount of time or if you do not want to serve then you need to pay the security bond fees.
