There are many modes through which you can join ISRO as Scientist or Engineer. After 12th or during 12th you can appear for IIST exam ( Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), Trivandrum ).

You can also take admission on the basis of your Jee advanced Score card.

what you have to do is just focus on your studies and have to appear for jee mains then for Jee advanced and have to score around 150-190 marks for taking admission in IIST in safer zone.

You can also join ISRO after completing M.Sc, M Tech and Ph D.

To join ISRO you can get into IIST first by giving JEE or can get in by kvpy (Kishore vaigyanik prohtsahan yojna)

Or opt for Btech and than opt for ISRO
