You have not mentioned the course  you want to get application form. Also you have  not mentioned the session for which you want to get admission. Like for the session of 2021 application in colleges has been started released. Due to pandemic situation covid-19 it is quite impossible yo predict anything about admission as it is under the consideration of the education department of the Government of the respective state and union government.

However Netaji Subhas Chandra open University application form has been released. Delhi University application form will be released tentatively on July 15. Also Allahabad University, Assam University.AMu application has been released or will release soon.
