Jharkhand state open school is not among the eligible boards for appearing in JEE and NEET. So, if you are planning to appear in either my advise is to go for some other board. Also, it was mentioned among some fake boards in a marksheet scam in Delhi. Please check the news sites for information on the same.    

Yes forsure thos board is valid, you can go for it and can take admission there without any issue. need not to worry. you can also take admission in any college by giving entrance exam. in any field. so all the best.

Yes, it is valid. But it is  only valid in the state of Jharkhand.

 yaaa brother jharkhand state open school is a valid and a reconised board. Although you can apply for admission in government universities after completing your schooling from open school,
