So far the conducting authority of NEET has only launched its official website at neet.nta.nic.in , as far the date of release of application form is concerned it hasn't been notified till now officially, but it's expected to be out any time soon, NEET is going to be conucted for MBBS/BDS/Ayush courses/BVSc & AH/BSc Nursing, NEET 2021 is going to be conducted on 1st August in offline mode in eleven languages, you can stay updated at the official website at neet.nta.nic.in or follow our page at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet

No there are no such NEET UG updates till now. There are discussions regarding the marks distribution of CBSE 10+2 and this discussion are prevalent now a days. The last big update was that the NEET UG will be conducted on 1st August,2021.
