You can change your college for BA under the same university. This actually depends on the college in which you are presently studying and the new college where you want to get admission. You have to bring a NOC and provide valid reasons and request in your application why you want to changeyour college. The changing of college depends on the availability of seats in the course you want to do. The criteria is different for different colleges. First of all, you must score at least 9 CGPA or marks. You need to pay the fees of your new college.
