Dear Aspirant,

You can do following steps to decrease your social media consumption:-

  • Disable notifications of the social media apps. Research have shown that this impacts the consumption in users.
  • Silent all the unnecessary notifications as some other app might lead to social media apps.
  • Set limits on apps like Youtube to remind you to take break.
  • Study in breaks, follow Pomodoro technique that is study 50min 10min break.

Hope this helps. Thank you.

Hello aspirant

It's upto you how strictly you follow your own rules. While giving mock tests keep mobile away from yourself or set it on airplane mode and no notification mode.  Study on Device or with books , you should be isolated from place where TV is on or some disturbance. Take little breaks in between. Wash your eyes in regular intervals it will feel you fresh . Sometimes listen mild music. If possible be away from facebook , Instagram. For this you have to be strict with yourself.
