You can apply for NEET under sports quota. Eligibility is that a candidate must hold an district level or national level certificate in any sports. After qualifying the examination, you need to submit your sports certificate while attending the counselling. There is no sports quota at national level counselling. It's given on a state level. In some states, there is sports quota and you have to provide supporting documents during the counselling. However the reservation is only for 1%.
