Hello Harsh , i don' t think you need any specific book for MHT CET only . You only need basic knowledge of the subjects for the exam. But if you seriously only need one book , i think you should start solving Arihant 's MHTCET Engineering Entrance Solved Papers and for reading purposes you can go for NCERT textbooks.
