Hi! There has been no information regarding the second phase of counselling. The certificate verification process for Rank 1 to last was conducted from July 16 to 20, 2018. The option exercising option was from 18th to 22nd July 2018. The colleges have declared their allotments on 24th July. You may check the college wise allotment list in the link below:
