Hello Revanth Krishna,

Yes, Students hailing from Andhra Pradesh are also eligible to write TANCET and TNET etc.., if you meet the required qualification. So, apart from this you will have a little lower hand at the time of counselling, that's the major problem which results in lack of admission there in tamilnadu.

Best score is really unpredictable and it varies every year depending on the number of students appearing. There is no best rank untill you get the first rank. So its better to have a good rank which helps you to get seat in reputed colleges in Tamilnadu.
