Dear Student, 

Sorry to inform you but based on official data students having domicile of Andhra Pradesh cannot apply for 85% state quota in Telangana as both are officially two different states. So they both have different domiciles. You can apply for 85% state quota in telangana only if you have telangana's domicile or have studied there by applying through academic domicile.
