Dear candidate, if your profile account in exam portfolio doesn't show your category rank or your category seats, then you had did a mistake in uploading the documents while registering on the portal. Please check it again. If it's possible to edit then upload all the required correct documents. If the problem still persists then contact the help centre on the official website of the exam and mail them or call them. They will definitely help you.
