Management quota and institutional level quota are one in the same thing.

The process for getting admisssion via management or institutional level quota is as follows:-

1.)Fill up the application form before given deadlines of the college.

2.)Check availibility of seats in maangement quota.

3.)Deposit the application fees for targeted course.

4.)Submission of documents needed and atestaion of the same.

5.)Check the status of admission probability.

6.)Receiving letter of confirmation from college authorities.

Even if you get a low score or are not able to pass the cut-off score,through management quota you can get admission in the college you want to get admitted.

Like,some colleges have 10% reserved seats for management quota.The percentage may difffer from institute to institute.
