Looking for MBA colleges in Pune is a very tricky thing to go for. Though the rankings are stipulated they change year on year basis. Well for looking on while doing MBA i feel one must look at the ROI i.e. the return of the investment you get while you get admission in a college.
As answered previously there are many colleges with different entrance exams but to name a few which have their fame with their name are
1st - Symbiosis Pune (SNAP)
2nd- PUMBA (MBA-CET)
3rd- MIT, Pune (CAT)
4th- Sribalaji Society, Pune (CAT)
5th- Indira Institute of Management (MBA-CET)(They have 4 colleges for MBA where Pool campus takes place)
There are others colleges too but, through my research i shortlisted them once for my MBA

If you are a working professional I would definitely suggest you to to get a good score and target the top colleges only. As the packages offered differ from Institute to Institute
