Your interest matters most here and should be given supreme priority since you have to spend the entire life doing job in that field. Apart from that, I would say that all these fields are only emerging in India and do not have enough opportunities as of now but the situation is improving. Among these all of these have opportunities in Bangalore in pharmaceutical industry, but biotechnology is a more common and respected course in general.
