Yes practical marks are added in aggregate marks .
You must have minimum 150 marks in physics+ chemistry + biology ( including practical marks ) to be flightless for neet.
As per eligibility criteria for neet The candidate must be an Indian.
The candidate must be if minimum 17 years old.
The student must have passed class xii with physics, chemistry and biology with minimum 50 % marks for general category. ( For sc/ st / obc there is 5 % relaxation)
