Yes, B.Tech studentscanappear for theIIT JAMin thefinal yearof their graduation if they fulfil the eligibility criteria for the same.
Candidates having any bachelor's degree are eligible to write IIT JAM exam, but you should have at least 55% marks in your bachelor's degree if you are from general and OBC.
