Yes, hostel students can go out of campus on Sundays. In some hostels you need to contact your hostel warden and inform them about the leave. Sometimes it is not necessary and you can visit anywhere but you must come back to the hostel by proper time.

In sunday all student can be go outside hostel. Or on the outing
