There is no particular dress code for girl students in Vignan Institute of Technology and Science. 

Although, it is suggested to wear decent clothes but this is applicable to all colleges.

A student must be well-dressed in decent clothes when going to college. There is no problem in wearing leggings and tops at this Institute, you should feel free to do so.
