Dear Ram, the fee reiumbursement is for localites of AP. In other words, it is for Candidates who enjoy domicile of AP. It is not for Candidates belonging to other States inspite of having the required documentation. If you belong to Telangana, your fees is usually reiumbursed by the Government of Telangana and not by the Government of AP.
