hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you that their are small difference between obc certificate and obc non creamy layer certificates . Only those whose family income from all the assets are less than 8 lakhs are eligible for the 27 percent of the reservations benefits and comes under obc ncl categeory and rest are in obc category but not eligble for benefits
