Only IIT mumbai & IIT Madras have eligibility For any Graduate with first class In Graduatio .You have scores very low in B.CoM so you are not Eligible for IITs MBA..
Even in NIT they will Prefer First Class student through out thr acedemics..so Your chances for NIT & IITs Like to negligible.

You can Go for Other Option Like there are other B schools without This criteria..
But they may be asked you about your low score In Graduation
