The eligibility criteria to give Gujarat PGCET is that candidate should have passed either completed their graduation with at least 50% aggregate and for reserved category students the percentage goes down to 45%. there is no age restriction and students who want to get admission in Gujarat PGCET they can get admission directly on the basis of their GATE score. Also 95% seats are reserved for Gujarat candidates while 5% seats are available for the students who are not from Gujarat. So yes other state students are also eligible for Gujarat PGCET.
