Yes, you can get admission to any colleges by passing their admission criteria like entrance exams. You must fulfill the basic Eligibility criteria like 75% marks for jee mains and for other exams ,it's above 45% marks .

There are various reasons due to which students opt for open board exams like sports . Students who are active in sports, they go for practice, competition, tournaments etc,in that case regular school might become difficult for them to attend. However, now a days, school also understand the situation of students.

To take admission to college,you are eligible for the entrance exam like AP EAMCET , JEE MAINS. By clearing the exams,you can get admission to prestigious institutions.
