Hi,

Yes, Mobile phones are allowed in the campus of vignan institute of engineering, for women. But the college is a little bit strict when it comes to studies. It has excellent infrastructure and great student engagement with excellent academics.

Overall it is a great college.

College and hostels are allowed students for using phone. Because in now days phones are very necessary. If you want to study you have to need your phone. Infact college important documents also give though mail. And for pandemic situation every education system now online so phone is mandatory.
