If you are concerned with the importance of 12th practical marks, then yes they are very important in your result and will add up directly in making up your percentage. For a PCB group, you will be awarded maximum of 30 marks in each subject, which will constitute to a total of 18% of your marks.

Yes they do. The marking scheme is divided into 7:3 ratio. 70 makrs for theory and 30 marks for practical sums upto total 100.
