Usually the questions from additional exercises doesn't come in boards but as its strictly in the rules that you have to practise NCERT thoroughly so I will suggest that practise the additional exercises also to be on the safe side....  If question comes by chance  then you cannot deny it and leaving it will be a foolish option...  So try to solve them also once before the exam. .
