Dear Sarath, Andaman and Nicobar follows the 15% All India quota and 85% state quota. The 85% state quota is fulfilled according to the policies of Government of India/Union Territory. The islands donot fall in any other State's quota but have their own Union Territory Quota. So the students of Andaman and Nicobar are eligible for the State Quota of Andaman and Nicobar itself.
