Hiii

Te engineering institutions charge the fees on a yearly basis.
You have to pay your fees in the beginning of each year i.e first will be paid at the time of admission, next in the beginning of 3rd semester (2nd year), next is beginning of 5th semester( 3rd year) and the last will be at the starting of 7th semester ( 4th year).

Generally the fee in engineering college will be taken before each semester..i.e.for every semester you need to pay.In some universities the fee will be taken yearly but not semester wise.

most of the engineering colleges will collect fee amount(including hostel,mess,transport fee) yearly and some of institutions will collect academic fee on yearly basis and other hostel,transport fee is semester wise.

fee procedure,it will vary with every institutions.
